Job Description : 1. Defined Business problem statements, with a lens of FP&amp;A - This would ensure exposure to diverse business aspects and functioning of one of the CPG successes in India. 2. Key strategic processes in FP&amp;A. Examples : - Variance analysis vs budget - Monthly and quarterly business projection - Implement key process gaps in accounting - ERP implementation for Fin &amp; Accounts - Futuristic reporting and compliance requirements 3. Enabling the route to IPO through enabling required structures and processes. 4. Management reporting and root-cause analysis. - Creating existing/new management reports, including partnering on budgeting/forecasting. - Drive visibility to financial performance, identifying gap closers to achieve financial targets and working cross functionally to execute gap closers. - Deep insights to leadership team, including analysis of key KPIs and variance analysis 5. Corporate Strategy initiatives. 6. Analytics-driven assignments around specific problem statements to drive business growth. Skill Set : - Chartered Accountant; CFA is an added advantage - 5-8 years of experience focused on problem-solving and program management - Demonstrated steep learning curve - research and learn about subjects / solutions even without resident knowledge existing in the organization - Comfortable with data-analysis and generating insights - Implementation experience around high-importance projects - Mindset of an individual contributor - Prior experience of ERPs, financial reporting structures is an added advantage
