Mamaearth - Brand Manager & Research - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (5-9 yrs)
We're looking for a Brand Manager and Research, who will be a key part of the Brand Marketing team at Mamaearth. The Brand Manager is excellent at brand understanding and management, campaign management, media understanding (digital & conventional).
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand campaigns, from brief to execution to post-campaign analysis, end to end ownership
- Brand understanding & researches, brand tracks, consumer understandings
- Driving brand awareness campaigns on digital and other platforms - Tv, Digital, Videos, Social media etc
- Agency relationship management; creative, media and other agencies
- Understanding and reporting of brand KPIs, basis internal analytics and research
- Category understanding and management.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of work experience in a brand management role; or a senior planning/account management role in an agency (preferably in an FMCG brand)
- MBA from a known institution (top or tier 1 B-schools)
- Understanding of digital marketing and landscape
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, able to write creative briefs and put across point of view clearly
- Proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong people and people management skills
- A thirst to learn and excel.
