The ideal candidate is expected to:- - Understand business needs, end to end customer experiences when building platform solutions. - Working experience on mobile App is preferred - Be Innovative, entrepreneurial, ability to multi-task - Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing. - Be hungry for data and defining metrics, basis that continuously evolve the product and some knowledge in Acquisition, website, supply chain management/ Postorder - Understanding of user experience (UX) and business/commercial challenges. - Have a proven track record for building, launching and maintaining high-scale, successful products - Be Tech-savvy who loves to stay on top of an industry trend - Have excellent communication and presentation skills - written and verbal Responsibilities:- - Ensure prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization and ensuring success metrics are met. - She/he will be responsible for strategising the product, managing the complete feature/project life cycle and coordinating with different stakeholder teams to chalk-out requirements and have them implemented into a live working product. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training - Collaborate with Mamaearth data/web analytics team to chalk out data requirements based on our features and roadmap, ensuring the user data gets captured for further analysis and brainstorming. - Ensure a clear understanding of the requirements to the technical and QA teams as well foresee and fix any gaps in the requirement understanding or documentation. - Should come up with ideas to leverage new tech trends in the e-commerce space, leveraging those to optimise and improve our products. - Learn everything you can about our customers through data and use it to drive your product decisions. - You- re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best. Minimum Qualifications :- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - Have 2-5 years of experience working as a Product Manager, ideally working on Consumer- Facing, Large-Scale products. - Should understand the tech eco-system - web technologies, react, PWA, Magento and their releases. - Highly motivated, goal-driven, Can-do approach, curious and open-minded - Quantitatively and Qualitatively analyze results to influence product decisions. That means you should know tools like Google Analytics, Cleveratp, Tag Manager, A/B testing tools, etc. - Have worked or know at least 50% of the E-Commerce modules listed below: 1. Cart &amp; Checkout 2. Products &amp; Orders Schema 3. Orders Management System 4. Category Pages &amp; Product Ranking 5. Warehouse Management Systems 6. Coupon System 7. Gift Cards 8. Order Shipment and Tracking 9. CRM 10. Omni-channel Automation 11. Affiliate Program 12. Search and Product Discovery
