Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within sales with 12+ years of exp
- Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Candidate should have exposure working in Real-estate and Commercial property space.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the General Manager Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Assist in setting sales targets and objectives, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with the company's objectives.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the General Manager.
- Work closely with the sales team to address challenges, provide guidance, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement customer-focused strategies and promotions.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to inform strategic decision-making.
