Director - Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:- Define and implement a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy.
- Identify and scale high-impact marketing initiatives to drive growth.
End-to-End Campaign Ownership:- Manage the full lifecycle of paid marketing campaigns:
- Budgeting and resource planning
- Creative direction and production
- Landing page and conversion rate optimization
- Ongoing performance tracking and adjustment
Performance Analysis & Reporting:- Track KPIs and marketing ROI across channels.
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
Testing & Optimization:- Build a high-cadence experimentation framework (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Continuously optimize campaigns for cost-efficiency and impact.
Channel Strategy & Execution:- Execute advanced SEM, keyword, and retargeting strategies.
- Drive personalized acquisition efforts using cohort and segment-based targeting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work with Growth and Product teams to develop user-level insights.
- Partner with Brand Marketing to align messaging with performance objectives.
Marketplace & E-Commerce Management:- Lead digital marketing and asset management for platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Optimize marketplace presence to maximize visibility and revenue.
Required Experience & Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, managing large-scale campaigns and working with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record in executing and scaling performance marketing initiatives across channels such as paid search, social, display, and video.
- Strong proficiency with SEO, SEM, and SMM, along with expertise in data and attribution tools, analytics platforms, and campaign performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, extract key insights, and convert them into clear, actionable strategies and data stories.
- Experience in leading high-cadence experimentation frameworks, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize marketing performance.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to lead with influence and drive alignment across marketing, product, growth, and analytics teams.
- A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and problem-solving in evolving, cross-disciplinary environments.
- High attention to detail and organizational discipline in managing concurrent campaigns and initiatives.
- Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart is a plus.
- Willingness to operate beyond defined responsibilities to support broader business objectives and ensure cohesive execution across teams.
Preferred Experience:- Experience in healthcare/retail industry.
