1. Experience in handling Social Media for the Company Page 2. Content/ Training Module creations - Videos, Manuals, Brochures etc. 3. Responsible for training market managers on the hotelier configuration product i.e. the extranet 4. Liaison with multiple teams to effectively contribute to the product development 5. Take regular feedback from hotels/ market managers on feature requirement &amp; work closely with the product team to build 6. Actively track the new features beings launched in the product &amp; ensure that all market managers are aware of the feature &amp; its functionality 7. Do regular refresher product trainings for the team to ensure everyone becomes an expert on the product 8. Design, develop &amp; execute all kinds of material/content required to effectively disseminate the product knowledge &amp; functionality 9. Troubleshoot with the teams/ hoteliers on all features &amp; solve them by closely coordinating with the product team 10. Liaise with managers &amp; HR to determine training needs of the team and take an active part in scheduling HR training sessions for the employees 11. Work on hotelier engagement by end-to-end planning &amp; execution of training for the hotels (both domestic &amp; international) 12. End-to-end planning &amp; execution of internal team events, offsite business reviews, hotelier award ceremonies etc
