Head - Search Engine Marketing (Senior Manager) Job description: Search Engine Marketing Senior Manager - Online Marketing Location: Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon Core Purpose of The Job: Responsible for managing a 3-4 member team, driving scale and ROI for search marketing (google, bing). Responsible for driving revenue and ROI on PPC channels. Developing a team of junior analysts or managers to optimize PPC campaigns. Develop business plans, revenue projections and deliver against it. Co-ordinate across cross-functional teams and manage key stakeholders. Candidates with hands on experience of online marketing tools will be preferred. Areas of Responsibility: - Manage a team of SEM managers delivering ROI on ad spend across devices and for multiple lines of businesses - Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies. - Responsible for bid optimization, portfolio selection to deliver Revenue targets and ROI on Ad spend - Use web analytics tool (Adobe Discover) to identify marketing opportunities (source countries, destinations, popular hotels etc.) Monitoring, Tracking and optimizing campaigns to ensure business deliveries. - Test new platforms, features and optimization methods. - Co-ordinate between Tech and Product to drive conversion optimization - Regular co-ordination with internal stakeholders with performance reporting. Desired Profile: - Educational Qualification: MBA from a tier 1 institute - Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics. - Hands-on experience with catalog based bid management strategies/tools for meta channels/SEM will be desirable. - 8-9 years digital marketing experience - Excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
