Position: Deputy Manager - ALLIANCES Level: Deputy Manager Offline Marketing We are looking to hire an Deputy Manager - Alliances. This position directly reports into Head - Alliances and Partnerships ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Strike long term partnerships with every active tourism board (international and domestic) and create new tourism board pipeline - Create and execute campaigns (ATL/BTL) to help tourism boards achieve their objectives leading to incremental marketing funds from them to satisfy MMT business needs (Holidays/Flights/Hotels) - Negotiate campaign constructs, commercials and agreements with the tourism board partners - Act as a bridge between the tourism boards and holidays product team to drive product specific agenda of tourism boards - Maintain an active pipeline of tourism boards to ensure consistently increasing tourism boards funding quarter or quarter - Present post campaign quantitative and qualitative analysis to tourism boards Competencies and Skills required: - Qualification from tier-1/2 institutions - Marketing or Alliance experience in e-commerce industry - Prior work experience of 4 - 6 years in Banking/Travel/Tourism/Holidays industry in a client facing role is preferred - Internal cross functional skills to get execution of ATL / BTL, work with legal for contracting and finance for accounting purposes. - Should have been exposed to partner negotiations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
