Role Overview
- Sales Management - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring ofsalesrepresentatives
- BusinessDevelopment-Identify the productsthat would sell in particularregion
- Market Analysis-Conducting weekly competitive analysis for key markets, report findings and make adjustments; monitor, evaluate and report on individual accounts and markets progress toward weekly, monthly and annualtargets.
- Relationship Management- Maintain relationship with Franchise Partner, Train team on our system and process, review monthly production reports and provide feedback plan and execute market visit.
- Support - Provide functional/technical assistance/guidance where required and Support
technical integration discussionsin person and virtually.
Key Activities:
- Visit Stores on regularbasis
- Ensure Daily Targets are achieved by Retail Stores
- MaintainQuery Tracker and monitorConversion%
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Undertaking relevantresearch
- Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences andmeetings
- Managing budgets
- Reviewing sales performance
- Writing reports
Competency
- You have 2+ years of Sales&Key Account Management handling multiple locations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, Team Management experience
- Data orientation and analytical bent of mind
