What this role entails-  OD/ Learning & Development specialist. The candidate would be a part of the HR COE - Org effectiveness- team & manage a wide portfolio that encompasses-  - Leadership Development- Includes designing & leading the Development Program for High Potentials at Mid & Senior Management level across the group. Will be responsible for executing the important Developmental levers like Coaching, Business Mentoring, and Program Delivery etc. along with key stakeholders & report the overall effectiveness of each initiative.  - Learning & Development - Will be responsible for managing the L&D function across the group covering all aspects of the L&D life cycle like TNI, Design, Delivery, working closely with external partners & stakeholders, defining L&D ROI, MIS Management, dashboarding, LMS management/ L&D automation, Budgeting & building the L&D annual operating plan.  - OD Intervention - Work on need-based Org interventions like Culture Study and carry out post-merger Culture exercise by means of FGDs, Leadership connects, communication & Org Socialisation.  - Diversity & Inclusion -Lead the Org Diversity philosophy along with the Senior Leadership featuring Women's Leadership Development, Career Resilience Initiatives, PWD Hiring, initiating inclusion building initiatives like conducting like Unconscious Bias training for people manager, designing & executing other D&I initiatives like career returnship programs etc. Apart from executing & leading key initiatives also monitor the effectiveness & org impact of these initiatives.  The ideal candidate-  - MBA from Premier Institute with minimum 4-8 years of proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar domain  - Demonstrated ability to establish and manage large-scale learning programs  - Demonstrated ability to manage individuals and teams  - Experience in interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teams  - Ability to navigate matters to closure in ambiguous situations  - Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverable  - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization. Should have the ability to create and deliver presentations to large audiences and leadership teams  - Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information  - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against stringent timelines  - Attention to detail and commitment to get things done.
