Employee Engagement And R&R Specialist
About the role :
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Engagement individua to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of employee engagement, including employee surveys and R&R activities.
Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Lead and manage employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and management, to ensure that engagement initiatives align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Continuously monitor and improve employee engagement processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in employee engagement.
- Communicate effectively with management and other teams to ensure that project status, risks, and issues are effectively communicated and addressed.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience :- MBA - HR preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in employee engagement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with employee engagement software and tools is a plus.
