Role - Business Intelligence Manager

Department - Domestic Hotel Supply

Level - Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

Location - Gurgaon/Bangalore

Role Overview

This role will be a part of Domestic Hotel Supply team wherein the incumbent would be supporting the growth and analytics charter enabling Category, Revenue and Business teams in decision making and strategy formulation. This role would also be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives for business growth and performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support projects of strategic importance end to end, including stakeholder management

- Provide actionable insights & simultaneously drive execution of multiple projects

- Working closely with various departments like Category, Revenue, Product etc. to ensure all their needs are catered to and leads to Business growth for the organization

- Regularly create high impact & creative presentations (both qualitative & quantitative) as per business requirement on various agendas & reviews

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to help scale the business

- Competitor benchmarking and analysis to scope up new opportunities

- Work with management on business priorities and cater to information need

What you will bring to the team

- Your ability to work in cross-functional environments including working closely with Supply, Category, Revenue etc.

- Your passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.

- Your mindset that will constantly think about growth, business, and revenue.

- Building efficient KPIs to ensure business objectives are meet - Can be checked if this point to be replaced with something else

Desired Competencies:

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal), stakeholder management & influencing ability

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- High on energy & team player, couple with a great attitude

Education & Experience:

- MBA from Tier 1 or 2 Colleges preferred

- 3+ years of proven work experience in a growth management or business analyst role

Above two points can be relooked basis the designation

- Prior experience with an e-commerce player; especially in analytics/revenue management/category management is preferred

Knowledge of Software & Tools Required :

- Advance Excel

- MS Office - Power point, Excel, Word

- SQL/Python/R/Google Analytics/Power BI/Any Other BI tool (Good to have)
