Role Overview :

B2B2C and Affiliates- is a new Strategic Business Unit of the MMT group and was launched in 2020. It aims to provide seamless, reliable, real time inventories & price of different travel products to lacs of travel agent partners across the country. In a short span the business has scaled up to have more than 10k travel agent partners active on its platform and has surprised us with astonishing beginning. Being a new business, we are continuously building innovative solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the travel agent partners and to help them grow their travel business.

The team is looking for an energetic, data oriented and entrepreneurial Revenue Manager for the Category and Revenue functions. It is a fast-paced role that will require getting deep into multiple product categories in the travel domain, define Go-To market strategies and execute them end-to-end. This role will be pivotal in shaping the next phase of growth of this business. The key objectives of the role will be to define and grow categories, increase top-line by engaging approaches pertaining to demand management, supply sufficiency, pricing controls, platform usability and category analysis.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Manage the business P&L and devise strategies to gain market share

- Deep dive onto demand signals / traffic data to decipher business and marketing strategy

- Ensure supply strength across Domestic and International Cities

- Achieve leadership position in defined focussed cities and hyper-locations/clusters

- Competition Benchmarking

- Strongly tie up the revenue must-win to platform / product strategy

- Collaborate with supply team to drive availability, assortment, pricing at a hyper-location level

- Collaborate with marketing to devise and execute engagement strategies

- Collaborate with product team to improve usability and adoption

- Collaborate with operations team to devise and ensure smooth post-sale processes

- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business launches

- Create, maintain and be on top of various metrics to take data enabled decisions

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint

- Past experience of working in an online product ecosystem would be advantageous

- Candidates from tier 1 Institutes are prefferred.
