About the Opportunity:

Role - Key Account Manager-Acquisition

Level - Manager, Corporate Channel

Reporting to - Associate Director

Location - Bangalore

What You are required to bring to the team:

As Key Account Manager, Acquisition at Go-MMT, you will be part of Corporate Channel department for the product myBiz, wherein you would be responsible for prospecting and securing the accounts in B2B space using the best practices.

myBiz is a tailor made corporate travel booking solution which allows employees to make their business travel bookings through app/web at just a click.

What will you be doing:

1. Interfacing with decision makers of corporate organizations to pitch myBiz

2. Handling entire sales cycle from lead generation, preparing and giving business presentations/ proposals to closing the final deal

3. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

4. Create and maintain a healthy sales funnel week on week

5. Build long-term relationships with new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

6. Analyse the current market trends for scoping competition and adapting best practices

7. Ensure quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations

8. Work closely with the support departments such as creative, operations, tech, finance etc. for client/ corporate on-boarding

9. Take the contracts from inception to closure with the help of legal department to ensure the sales-cycle can be completed

Qualification & Experience

MBA from a Tier 1/ 2 institute

Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in client acquisition

Key skills for the Role :

- Business development and large account management

- Excellent presentation skills

- Proven Sales record

- Creative and proactive approach

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power point

- Understanding of commission structures, discounting and basic knowledge of P&L management
