Role Overview:

This role will be a part of Hotel Supply Analytics team wherein the incumbent would be responsible for delivering analytical insights from different data sources and enable Category and Business Teams in decision making.

Know the Function:

The Analytics team is part of the Hotel Supply Team which helps in devising strategy and running initiatives for the entire supply function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Play a critical role in the growth strategy by taking ownership of the data

2. Uncovers actionable insights across supply activities

3. Creation of new reporting management system via Automation

4. Interpret complex datasets and derive insights using statistical techniques

5. Build predictive models through machine learning algorithms

6. Competitor benchmarking

7. Work with management on business priorities and cater to information need

8. Define new process improvement opportunities to help scale the business

Tools Knowledge Required:

1. SQL

2. Advance Excel

What are we looking for in you?

1. B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science Engineering or related field from a reputed university

2. 1+ years of proven work experience as a data analyst including data mining, data analytics, reporting and visualization

3. Must have a grasp on numbers and willing to handle large volumes of data and analysis

4. Quick learner and highly action-oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

5. Prior experience with an e-commerce player; especially in analytics/revenue management/category management is preferred

6. Excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills

7. Ability to manage/influence multiple stakeholders, good cross-functional skills
