About the Role:
- As an incumbent, you would be required to work on drafting, negotiating and closure of routine and non-standard agreements.
- Exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills are pre - requisite for the role.
What will you be doing:- Drafting and negotiating domestic and international agreements for MakeMyTrip Group.
- Drafting and negotiating regular and complex commercial, banking, marketing, supplier, customer, vendor, technology, lease and overseas agreements and contractual terms keeping in mind the business needs and legal requirements.
- Researching and keeping abreast with various laws and developments applicable to the industry.
- Drafting of user agreements, terms of service for the various platforms of the Group Companies.
- Performing risk analysis/mitigation, providing actionable recommendations, and helping informed decision making in each case, working in close coordination with all the functional groups, other corporate departments to ensure that non-standard terms and conditions are properly reviewed.
- Strong understanding of Commercial Laws and Technology Laws.
- Provide sound contractual advisory and counsel to business partners.

Qualification & Experience: LLB from a reputed law college with 0-2 years of post ; qualification experience.
