About the Opportunity:

Role - Business Analyst

Level - Senior Executive

Reporting to - Vice President

Location - Gurgaon

What You are required to bring to the team:

The incumbent will be a part of Affiliates and B2B team and will be responsible for daily reports, automate regular reports wherever possible & provide data driven insights and analysis for major Business metrics.

What will you be doing:

Responsibilities:

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and recommend Performance measures for entire BD team PAN India

- Able to do data visualization to communicate business insights using various tools

- Help deploy analytics solutions and enable tracking of business outcomes to measure return on investment

- Hands on in terms of execution and problem solving

- Ability to connect data of different types, working with potentially incomplete data sources and cleaning data sets to discover new insights

- Put analyses, findings and recommendations in an easy to understand, visually appealing manner in PowerPoint slides

- Work with function to prioritize business and information needs

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech from Tier 1/ 2 institute

- with Minimum 1.5 -2 years of relevant experience in Analytics

Key skills for the Role

- Strong foundation in Statistical Concepts

- High Drive for Result, strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in cross cultural environment

- Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAS VA)

- Knowledge of Python would be an added advantage

- Knowledge of SQL queries is must

- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Exposure to queries, report writing and presenting findings
