MakeMyTrip - Associate Director - Finance Transformation (10-14 yrs)
Must haves -
- Experience in finance transformation projects
- Experience in process design & improvement methodologies and skills: Finance business process design (P2P, R2R, O2C)
- Finance performance management and planning (Budgeting, planning, forecasting) processes concepts and tools
- Experience in Finance accounting
- Extensive experience in driving implementation projects
- Root cause analysis, Fit-gap analysis
- Understanding of Agile Methodology, sprint planning
- Highly motivated and excellent problem solving skills
- Effective communicator, confident leader and strong people management skills.
- 10 years of experience
Preferred qualifications -
- Knowledge in SQL , APIs, system integration etc. is a plus
- Strategic thinker proven ability to think outside the box and big picture
- Project Management/Attention to Detail
- Consulting Background: Given the focus on business advisory services, the individual should be able lead some of the F&A consulting type engagements.
