Maizic.com - Cofounder - CTO/Product Development - IIT/NIT (3-10 yrs)
Maizic.com aspires to be India's smarthome platform. It is currently angel funded.
We are launching smart home as a service . We have basic platform and sales running. Our first product has reasonable traction in Delhi NCR.
- We are working on property management automation with Emjoy.co, a product that has reasonable untapped demand in the market.
- We are working on our own smart home line where app and products will be shipped under own brand. The products will be wifi enabled and all interfaces will be supported by amazon echo and google home. We will make most api's open for some more developers to pitch in with their hacks.
- We have launched CCTV with installation across India.
- We are the only player offering CCTV and smarthome as a service.
Our vision with the company is very simillar to what Vivint does in US. We plan to start with affordable security and upsell smarthome and solar on top of it.
Currently we are a team of 5 people. I am the sole founder . I have previously worked with Myntra, Makaan, Paytm and Jabong and have strong business and operations experience. I am seeking a cofounder who can take care of our product roadmap and is equally passionate about IOT and AI. He should share a similar world view on the immense possibility that IOT brings to the world. He should also be willing to commit an year to the startup. I expect the cofounder to be a full stack developer . Some experience with IOT development will be a big plus, but not mandatory. An engineering background, preferably from IIT/NIT's, software or hardware development expereince and strong passion towards IOT will be a huge plus.
