Maizic.com - Cofounder & CTO

Maizic.com is an IOT security and smarthomes platform . We want to dramatically upend the security and smarthome experience in India which is currently offline and is limited by costs and dependence on local vendors. We plan to launch the following features to make security and smarthomes accessible to all.

1) Panic buttons to trigger a centralised verification and assistance feature

2) 24- 7 monitoring

3) Maizic cloud storage

4) System on a rent to own model

5) Maizic smart lock

6) Maizic smart switching maizic smart rentals : a remote property management service based on maizic core system with online video and automated site visits

Team:

I have launched the marketplace models for Myntra.com and Makaan.com and have worked with paytm and jabong before taking the entrepreneurial plunge. Abhishek, is a fellow DCE batchmate who takes care of operations.

Stage:

We are at an early stage . We have a revenue run rate of 1.5 cr growing 50% MoM with a small angel round. But we now believe we can take this model to a pan India base and totally revolutionise security and smarthome landscape in India and abroad

About position:

I am looking for a cofounder who can build or figure out how to build the above features to dramatically improve product. He will be also own the web platform too. It's a slightly tough nut to crack . He should be a startup enthusiast with a long term view, should be willing to comitt a year. Part time can be done but there should be clear deliverable and timeline for full time engagement. The person should have an acute internal need to create industry leading products.

A great start to the career or good educational pedigree is a plus and not necessary.

Compensation:

Will prefer if a generous equity will suffice, but willing to provide a sustenance salary.
