Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing Firm

Maintenance Manager required for a reputed organisation in the field of Consumer Durables and Refrigeration products.

Essential qualification : B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma with specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Should have working knowledge of modern manufacturing/quality systems like TPM, Lean

Mfg, Six Sigma

Responsibilities:

- to ensure that all the needed schedules are in place, equipment are functioning optimally and that everything in terms of maintenance meet regulations

- To plan maintenance jobs - Daily / Monthly / yearly

- To plan and execute the Preventive Maintenance Activities

- To ensure operational effectiveness

- Responsible for the installations, upkeep and repairs of the new equipments

- To ensure that all machinery, maintenance scheduling and even in some cases budgeting are in place

- To adhere to statutory compliance as per MPCB, MSEB, TMC

- To do data analysis - like break down analysis, machine uptime, energy conservation analysis, etc

- To support and implement safety and environment related projects
