Roles and responsibility:  - Management of Defence Offset related activities of Group companies  - Industrial Licence for Defence productions for group companies.  - Study of DPP, Offset Policy, SCOMET and other related policies and track policy changes through Press Notes, Amendments and Notifications by various Ministries.  - Prepare Advocacy proposals for representation through SIATI, CII, FICCI.  - Follow up and coordinate senior leadership meetings with Govt. functionaries of MOD, DIPP, DGFTD, MHA, Service HQs, DPSUs, ISDA, CAPS, etc.  - Coordinate with OEMs, formally and informally, for obtaining their issues where Maini group can support.  - Prepare documentary/compliance requirements for assisting customers on Offset compliances like Investment in Kind, TOT, etc.  - Identify Offset opportunities for the group Products and Services with Overseas companies and prepare BD proposals.  - To keep track of dynamic changes in Defence Licence requirements and their implication of group businesses.  - Identify new opportunities for the group products in A&D and also do long term scenario projections for deploying growth strategies in technology and applications.  - Map various defence projects and align with Maini group capabilities   Preferred Exp:  Must have atleast five to seven years of experience working with defence projects/industries  Previous experience on working with MoD will be preferred.
