Industrial Relations:  - Should be proficient in negotiating with unions for any grievance; giving advice on job bidding, transfers, disciplinary proceedings, actions and reduction of force as necessary  - Should be a competent professional in framing strategies for mutually beneficial 12(3) and 18(1) - Long Term Settlements, its implementation and maintain collaborative performance driven work culture  -Should have strong experience in managing issues and litigations related to various Acts-Industrial Disputes Act, Bonus Act, ESI, PF, Factories, Contract Labour while managing various performance-linked remuneration policies and conducting employee engagement surveys  - Should have strong experience in handling cases of Conciliation and adjudication matters- attending hearing and dealing with advocates   - To spearhead the core team in preparation of Management's Charter of Demands, negotiating and managing 12(3) and 18(1) long term settlements  - To monitor internal labour relations; coordinating and implementing Industrial Relations initiatives and processes for maintaining and strengthening healthy, dynamic & harmonious industrial relations in the plant   - To coordinate with the union office bearers for resolving issues, maintaining discipline & work environment across all levels in the organization  - To facilitating the preparation of Show cause notice while representing management in the domestic enquiry proceedings   - To coordinate with ESI, PF, Pollution Control Board officials, and Inspector of Factories while supervising statutory records updating; supervising matters related to ESI, PF, Factories, Contract Labour and other applicable Acts -   - Should be Responsible for various activities like renewal of licenses under various Acts, submission of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annual returns, ESI audits as well as EPF cases.   - To handle employee grievances and implementing measures for reducing absenteeism and labour turnover.  Welfare :  Should be Competent in the implementation of employee welfare statutes / regulations, safety regulations and various industrial laws as well as implementing TQM (Total Quality Management) and DRM (Daily Routine Management) initiatives  HR :  - Should have good exposure of coherent HR policies, thereby improving internal processes within a demanding environment  - Should have Hands-on experience in managing company-wide training and development programs and auditing the quality of training and development packages  - Should have Preparing the HR Annual Operating Plan based on the manpower planning and other organizational requirements.  - To Coordinate in Total Employee Involvement (TEI) activities; designing a suggestion scheme, preparing SOP while tracking the progress and planning on improvements.   - Should have exposure in Cost Management- negotiating with service related contractors and vendors for HR related procurements   - Should have dealt with managing various performance-linked remuneration policies,   - To conduct in employee engagement surveys, planning actions for index improvement, implementing organizational development initiatives.   - Should have dealt with Liaising functional heads for training need identifications, facilitating training programs and evaluating.   - To conduct succession planning exercises.   - To Managing group medical insurance, life term insurance, group personal accident policy, superannuation, gratuity and other welfare measures.   - To extend support in managing various administrative functions like transport, canteen, sports and celebrations.  - To Manage various functions like industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee relation, recruitment and selection, safety & general administration as well as all employee involvement activities  - Should be a result-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.  Role Expectation :  Core Competency Requirement:  - IR & HR Operations   -Performance Management   - Recruitment & Selection  - Government Regulations  - Training & Development  - Administrative Operations  - Compliance Management  - Employee Relation & Welfare  - Employee Engagement Initiatives.
