What you will do - Partner with key stakeholders (Product and Engineering Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Recruiting Team and US Based Recruiting Leaders) to develop best in class recruiting strategies focused on scaling, speed, and quality hiring. - Be the SME on the local market, sourcing strategies and attracting the best, diverse talent who positively contribute to our company culture and meet our technical bar. - Build, engage, manage and coach a team of high-performing recruiters and recruiting coordinators in a hypergrowth collaborative environment. - Lead cross functional projects and initiatives related to scaling talent acquisition and the hiring process. What We're Looking For - Start-up hiring experience - 6+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience - Successful track record of working in fast-paced, hyper growth tech focused environments and building world class teams - Tech recruiting experience is strongly preferred - Effective written and verbal communication and relationship building skills are crucial - Experience building effective partnerships with stakeholders across the organization (Product and Engineering, People and Culture in India and the US) - Experience with competitive negotiation and competing for top tech talent - Excellent analytical skills, reporting, data/metrics tracking and making data driven decisions.
