- The role contributes towards the part of the Corporate Social Responsibility vertical that caters to employees engagement with CSR and contribution towards community work & development. It also participates in the business excellence programme " The Mahindra Way" for evaluating the performance of the participating companies on various CSR parameters. - Support in CSR Compliance and Statutory reporting including Business Responsibility & Sustainability Reporting, Sustainability Reports and so on. - Support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of key flagship programmes - Help in driving employee volunteering and engagement activities across the Group - Undertake CSR evaluation/assessments of Group Companies, to support and guide them to achieve excellence in CSR processes and outcomes. - Manage budgeting related to CSR expenditure - Drive internal communication around CSR, employee volunteering and preparing case studies, success stories around the CSR programmes. - Facilitate the conduct and process of volunteering related internal awards. - Maintain files, reports and other documents for audit and any other purpose as deemed necessary - Support the roll-out & operationalization of the CSR IT platform Education Qualifications : - PG degree in a Social Science/Social Work related domain - Any CSR certification would add merit to the application - General Experience 5-7 years inclusive of Corporate experience in CSR domain Key Differentiated competencies: - Primary Skills (Functional) Knowledge of the CSR Domain - MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - Secondary Skills (Functional) Organizational skills - Behavioural Competencies/ Skills Result orientation with Execution Excellence-(Effective Project Management & Passion for Quality) - Weaving Passion & Energy at Work-(Being passionate about work) - Business written & spoken Communication Skills
