Manager - Compliance & Audits - ITSM Platform & Budget Management

An experienced Manager with domain knowledge in Audit & Compliance, ITSM Platform, and Budget Management. As an Audit & Compliance Manager, responsible for ensuring that the department adheres to all the IT compliance and legal standards as well as internal policies and procedures. As an ITSM manager, act as a SME & Process Expert for the Customer support business unit. Professionalism and a high ethical standard are expected for this position.

Audit and Compliance:

- Conducting trainings, internal reviews and operational audits to ensure the department meets operational requirements.

- Developing risk management strategies

- Build periodic management review reports and metrics.

- Setup Process documentation and architecture diagrams for their said systems

- Develop detailed roadmap based on user requirements and establish traceability to business vision."

Budget Management:

- Design effective budget models for department and analyze financial information (e.g., revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.

- Review budget requests for approval, Present annual budgets to senior managers & forecast future budget needs.

- Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period.

- Suggest spending improvements & Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines.

ITSM Platform:

- Assisting in developing standard IT configuration management methodology and Supports the Configuration manager in the development of CMDB policy, processes, and knowledge base.

- Works with the Configuration manager, to improve CI data integrity regarding classes, naming conventions, attributes, data sources, and relationships.

- Assists Configuration manager in conducting configuration audits and reconciliation.

- Maintains CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness.

- Support and administer the tool for configuration and asset management, Fresh Service Discovery, and additional applications or modules as assigned.

Education Qualifications:

- B.E. / B. Tech (Computer or IT) , ITIL and Project mgmt certifications

- Master in Management (Desired)

- General Experience Minimum 05 years of Industry experience preferably in the field of Project management
