Digital Team Leader - GTO
- Be part of digital transformation projects for Mahindra Group companies
- Responsible for working with business CEO/CXOs, and operating team members on the diagnostic, digital vision/strategy, roadmap and implementation/execution of strategic digital initiatives
- Be a digital thought leader and innovator with experience in one or more digital technologies - like AI, IoT, Blockchain, RPA, Digital procurement, FinTech and more
- Knowledge of solutions/methodologies such as core consulting skills and frameworks, ability to generate and validate hypotheses, data analytics, project management, identification of risks and mitigation plans
- Ability to leverage design thinking approach for solving a range of Business problems Background
- Experience in building digital solutions and using technologies to drive business outcomes
- Hands on experience of leading / working on large transformation projects involving digital/technology and process changes
- Tech/product building experience as Product Managers / Digital business builders, with knowledge of UI/UX elements will be a plus
- Knowledge of Indian start-ups ecosystem in the digital space would be a plus
