Mahindra Logistics - Senior Manager - Reverse Processing Center

1. Drive the P&L for Reverse Processing Centre business in the Ecomm vertical

2. Responsible for driving and delivering on the customer SLAs through the regional teams/ location heads

3. Create and monitor processes for the processing Centre operations

4. Liaison with the customer operations team on a regular basis and understand the evolving requirements

5. Drive productivity and cost optimization through innovation

6. Liasion with Procurement/ Commercial/ Implementation team to launch new sites on time and in budget

7. Drive IT adoption/ Operations automation in processing Centre operations

8. Create Model Operations in processing Centre Business along with the location heads

9. Set up and Drive strong review mechanisms with the Ground team as well as customer and BP
