Mahindra Logistics - Lead - Workforce Management & Automation - Business Excellence (7-12 yrs)

1. Should have good hands-on experience in Warehouse & Stores management.

2. Must be conversant with Warehouse & Stores KPI, Cost levers, Productivity metrics, and overall management.

3. Knowledge of WMS is a MUST. Should have an understanding on P&L management & Improvement for WH, Inplant logistics operations

4. Should have excellent hands-on experience in using MS Office tools (Excel, Advance Excel, Power BI & Powerpoint ) and Minitab, MS Power BI to analyze huge data sets and drive insights for improvements

5. Hands-on experience of using statistical tools & techniques (Like SPSS) & logical reasoning to analyze results.

6. Should have Good analytical ability ( Analytical mindset), Problem-solving ability through the implementation of productivity & Lean Six Sigma projects

7. Should have hands-on experience on the deployment of Automation and Industry 4.0 tech/applications in WH, SLF industry

8. Exposure to FMCG and multi-customer facility is preferred. Implementation of WH projects with exposure to MHE and resource management is preferred.

9. Should be a self-starter and business driver. Strong Project management skills required

10. Should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills & time management skills.

Additional Roles & Responsibility:

1. Sound Knowledge about the operations in the 3PL industry (Transportation, Warehouse and Stores & Linefeed activities).

2. Collaborations with all the Internal Stakeholders to enable project execution and CFT objective achievement

3. Assess the WH, SLF operations around various aspects of Process performance, KPI, productivity, HR, Safety, CI approach and trigger areas of improvement to drive Benchmark level of performance

4. In-depth understanding of WH, SLF operating processes, productivity metrics, and cost levers for driving productivity improvement

5. Driving improvements in Warehouse operations, KPI, Layout, Process changes, technology, mechanization, automation deployment through the use of Lean and Six Sigma Tools

6. Driving operations team towards continuous improvement approach for achieving customer delight

7. Handon understanding and experience in driving the implementation of Automation and Industry 4.0 solutions

8. Ability to work & deliver under pressure and excellent time management skills
