Mahindra Home Finance - Manager - Talent Management & Special Projects - IIM/XLRI/SCMHRD/TISS (2-5 yrs)
Position - Manager - Talent Management & Special projects.
Location - Head Office - Mumbai - Worli.
Education - MBA or Masters in HR required from Top B schools
Key Roles :
- Talent Management ( create TM framework and implement it for frontline talent and BM, TM roles )
- Succession Planning framework for the Regions
- Succession Planning at the enterprise level
- Leadership Development interventions for senior level.
- Special Projects ( Organization Development Interventions, Productivity mapping & PIP etc. )
- This position leads the Talent Management for the company.
- In the larger scheme of things, the role is responsible to ensure a future-ready workforce. This encompasses critical people initiatives such as Success Planning, Hi Pot Identification and Grooming, Career Development and Management Practices & end-to-end Talent Development for frontline roles and all levels of leaders.
- The role also looks into conceptualization, design and seamless execution of Organization Development initiatives across the board.
Key Roles :
2. Leadership Development & OD interventions :
- Developing First Line of leaders to help them transition from Individual Contributors to Team Leads
- Building leadership competencies across for Team Leads, Managers of Managers and Department / Functional Heads
- Conceptualization and implementation of OD interventions as per the business need
3. Talent Management :
- Identifying and grooming High Pots at all levels of management and ensuring Career Planning & Development for them
- Linking Talent Management interventions to career growth for employees and business impact
4. Succession Planning :
- Spearheading the end-to-end Succession Planning process at an organizational level
- Liaising with the MD, Head of HR, Top Management team and Regional Leadership teams
5. Overall :
- Managing relations and working with Senior Leaders and Cross Functional Teams to implement organization-wide TM / OD
