Job Purpose Statement:

Mahindra Home Finance is undertaking a digital transformation and undertaking several mission critical strategic IT projects. A project manager is needed for these strategic IT projects to coordinate between the business, IT and vendor teams for on-time delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Project management to ensure on-time delivery of strategic IT projects

- Translating business requirements into BRDs / FSDs

- Working with business and IT to shortlist vendors and implement solution

- After delivery, ensure adoption and continued problem solving to improve the digital initiatives.

Key Challenges:

- Convincing leaders about need for changing processes

- Managing legacy IT systems and team

- Coordinating across multiple departments

Professional Qualification:

Engineering background + 2 yrs exp. Post engineering & MBA from colleges like ( SIBM / IIFT / NMIMS / TAPMI ). Post MBA experience of 2 about years

Skills: Good communication skills; project management experience for large scale IT projects / transformations
