- Running PMO (project mgmt. org) for strategic business and collections projects in the zone

- Providing support to identify new business opportunities and potential markets to increase business coverage

- Assisting Zonal Manager in driving HO initiatives (new software, process changes, DWM, call center liaison) within the zone

- Driving efficiency and effectiveness through innovative solutions and creating process improvements

- Assisting the Zonal Manager in regional business and collections reviews

- Working closely with Regional & Area Business Heads, Territory Manager s, Branch Heads and support functions on an ongoing basis

- Visiting 3-4 branches in a zone at least once in a quarter to get branch level feedback

7. Desirable Requirements:

- Good communication and presentation skills, leadership skills, self-starter, willingness to travel to meet stakeholders/customers

- MBA, with specialization in Finance / Marketing / Strategy / Operations

- Pre-MBA experience: Experience in the BFSI sector

Mandatory - Should be well versed with Telugu Language for Vijayawada & Tamil for Coimbatore location

Education - Preferable IRMA pass out in year 2020 or 2021
