Mahindra Holidays - Strategic Program Manager (6-8 yrs)
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Strategic initiatives design & deployment :
1. Identify business problems and conceptualize solutions by closely working with relevant business stakeholders
2. End-to-end ownership of solution design to implementation journey to maximize collections performance
3. Design necessary deployment enablers for successful adoption like communication plan, tools, templates
4. Drive Technological enablement necessary to drive solutions on-ground
Analytical transformation :
1. Drive initiatives on the analytics roadmap to increase the analytical maturity of the organization
2. Build organization-wide capabilities to leverage analytics for core business processes and decision making
3. Ensure design, development, automation and deployment of analytical dashboards and predictive models
4. Work closely with IT Teams for necessary technological improvements
5. Ensure sustainable run for analytical models already deployed
Month Planning and review :
1. Monitor quality of execution across planning process and review processes
2. Participate and provide key insights to continuously improve monthly planning process
3. Ensure timely design and launch of incentive schemes, channel allocation
4. Drive governance across workstreams by ensuring adherence to governance framework
Change Management
1. Ensure alignment and understanding of all stakeholders for initiatives conceptualized
2. Ensure co-creation with business leaders for solutions across respective functions
3. Manage cross-functional synergies to ensure successful deployment of initiatives to deliver value
