- Managing Product Design and Development, mining consumer insights and planning go-to-market with a view to maximize reach of Club Mahindra products.

MHRIL also has a strong network of sales teams spread across length and breadth of India and abroad for acquisition of newer members. The two customer facing business units are centrally supported by corporate enablers to provide its members with world class hospitality and memorable holiday experiences.

Accountabilities :

1. Conceptualize and develop new product offerings, based on consumer insights and market intelligence related to demand and competition

2. Develop & execute Campaigns, Videos & Visuals and be responsible for creation / execution of marketing communications for our new products with a view to enhance reach and recall

3. Drive consumer insights through research for prospects and members for our new niche products and constantly innovate our product pricing and offerings to meet and exceed customer expectations

4. Plan, execute and review Digital Communications for our new niche products to maximize reach and recall in line with the MHRIL Brand Strategy as envisioned and managed by the Marketing Team

5. Constantly innovate to increase contribution of Digital SOQ and referral sales for our new products and reduce cost per sale

6. Work with support teams - IT, Finance, Member Experience Management and training teams to set up new offering.

7. Conceptualizing, driving and executing segment-based member / prospect engagement activities to enhance popularization of our new niche products

8. Identify business problems and conceptualize solutions by closely working with relevant business stakeholders\

9. End-to-end ownership of solution design to implementation journey to maximize collections performance

10. Design necessary deployment enablers for successful adoption like communication plan, tools, templates and to drive Technological enablement necessary to drive solutions on-ground
