Position Title : Manager/ Senior Manager- Business Excellence  Skills Required : Must be Master Black Belt / Black Belt (mandatory), and must have done huge cost savings projects Lean Methodology - Training Must have spent 15 years in Service/banks/Manufacturing industry out of which 10 years spent in Business excellence role   - Candidate should be BE MBA from reputed institute  - Coach and Mentor team of Green Belt and Black Belt in deploying Lean Six Sigma Well versed with various process improvement frameworks Understands offering like Customer service operations, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, purchase, Marketing & Customer acquisition  Should have done quality and business excellence role in large capacity  Job Summary :   Training on Quality tools across the organisation.  Conduct DMAIC training for Staff at Resort, Branches and Corporate office.   Strong Project Management skills :   - Drive cross functional projects and Lean projects across the organisation.   - Train staff on Kaizens, CAPA, Yellow Belt, 5S & Lean Lean Implementation in selected key business processes.  - Ensure Dashboard is published monthly by all functions across the organisation.   - Improve customer satisfaction & loyalty scores through QFD & other quality tools.  - Do projects to reduce cost, improve productivity and increase in customer satisfaction score.   - Process Reliability & standardisation of processes across the organisation.   - Implement The Mahindra Way (TMW) Principles and practises across the organisation.   TMW assessment :   - Improve maturity level of business functions and improve the organisational stage score every year.   - Introduce A3 training for senior management and key managers across the organisation.   - Strategic planning to be done for next 3 to 5 years.  - Must regularly interact with Functional Heads and help them to enhance the business growth Driving change within the organisation.
