Accountabilities -&nbsp; - Conceptualize and developnew product offerings under MHRIL engagement program, based on consumer insights and market intelligence related to demand and benchmarking with similar programs. - Develop &amp;execute Campaigns, Videos &amp;Visuals and be responsible for execution of marketing communications (along with marketing team)for our memberswith a view to enhance reach and adoption - Drive consumer insights through research and members for the program and constantly innovate our product offerings to meet and exceed customer expectations - Plan, execute and review the adoption programs along with operating teams to maximize number of users. - Work with support teams - IT, Finance, Member Relations, to set up and manage the program offerings.
