Responsibilities of the role: - Developing Innovative &amp; Non-Intrusive customer connect programs and oversee their implementation effectiveness and monitor impact - Develop and oversee programs for targeting and engaging customers through national level brand alliances - Monitor dashboards for each customer touch-point program and monitor the program effectiveness regularly to appraise top management - Developing different hooks and benefits for customers to promote Brand Alliances as a sales channel - Managing overall cost budgets for Alliances program - Liaising with the external agencies for research and projects associated with Alliances Skills required: - Candidate must have project management skills and ability to implement &amp; monitor processes - S/he should have excellent communication skills Location: Mumbai
