Mahindra Holidays - Corporate Manager - Administration (13-17 yrs)
Job Title : Corporate Manager - Administration Function HR
Reports to : CHRO Location Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
1. General Administration and Facility Management; Administer entire infrastructure and facility management to generate a good working environment for the employees.
2. 3. Accountable for complete facility & maintenance of utilities - preventive maintenance, anticipation of eventualities; office infrastructure, air conditioning, plumbing, CCTV, Stationary, infrastructure
4. Will be responsible for all AMC / contracts/ housekeeping / property management / securitelly / maintenance team
5. Will be handling the Admin team, Reception, Travel Desk (Ticketing).
6. Report to the management with respect to issues.
7. Would negotiate with new vendors and bring quality results to the project.
8. Responsible for all periodic Audit checks.
9. Bring new ideas on the table for better efficiency.
10. Manage day-to-day operations; supervise and coordinate activities for the Corporate Office spread across Mumbai and Chennai Location.
11. Responsible for Employee Seating arrangement based on management decision.
1. Any Graduate/PG with 13-17 years hands on exp. in general Administration and facility and asset Management
2. Exp. in Liaison with Government and Regulatory bodies
3. Good Exp. in Project Management, Vendor development & management, Housekeeping & Transportation management Infrastructure maintenance, AMC/Contracts, Security and Safety management etc.
4. Setting up of new facility
5. Should have handled a facility of at least 3000 plus employees spread across various locations
6. Dependable, Committed, Team Oriented & Organized
7. Ability to deliver under pressure.
8. Communication and Negotiation skills.
9. Exp. in dealing Telephone Internet / Broadband Service Providers.
10. Should have Technical expertise - Air conditioning, Electrical, Civil etc.
11. Candidate should be mature enough to understand the Business Dynamics related to site as well.
12. Able to handle a team and Proper distribution of work.
