We are looking for a candidate with 12 to 15 years of experience into Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management etc. Job Description - To ensure that selection process across positions are aligned to organizational policy as well as vertical/unit goals &amp; co-create processes for qualitative &amp; quantitative goals . - To factor market specific changes as well as business priorities in Strategic manpower planning. To develop vertical/unit level processes for identifying Manpower Availability &amp; demands based on business goals &amp; monitor efficacy. - To identify the functional &amp; behavioral competencies and ensure institutionalization of competencies for the vertical in various HR process - To co-create processes to measure early signs of business productivity, engagement trends, performance measurements etc &amp; gather insights to assess effectiveness and make required changes. - To engage/consult with business unit to provide inputs to design compensation &amp; benefits policies relevant to the needs of the vertical . To guide the compensation Team for appropriate compensation decisions. - To actively participate in, goal setting, policy deployment, performance management and feedback discussions &amp; facilitate vertical level calibration discussions on PMS. - To ensure continuous efficiency improvement in Employment Life Cycle processes - Anticipate capability requirements based on changing environment needs &amp; engage with vertical to build capability initiatives in consultation with L&amp;D - Align the leadership development strategy with the vertical strategy &amp; play active role in supporting the vertical in identifying, preparing and developing future leaders to build future pipeline in Consultation with Talent Management - Participation in various employee engagement programmes for ensuring high engagement at all levels - To participate in creating an analytical framework based on understanding of vertical issues. - Using data and analytics to demonstrate impact on people processes and drive vertical transformation. - To drive all the Quality excellence initiatives in the vertical effectively.
