Mahindra Finance - Process Manager - Learning & Development (2-4 yrs)

Job Purpose : The process manager post is crucial to the execution, measurement & governance of the learning function at Mahindra Finance. The post holder will support the Program Manager to design, develop and deliver training in all areas relevant to the role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To develop and deliver training in line with the organizations learning and development strategy :

a. Deliver agreed training

b. Review and adjust training as necessary in conjunction with Program Manager

c. Assist in the development of new learning and development opportunities, keeping abreast of new approaches within our spheres of work

d. Contribute to the evaluation of vertical learning opportunities.

2. To contribute to the departmental Agenda :

a. Assist in the planning and contribute to the induction and on going workshops

b. Attend stakeholder meetings as required to ensure the continuance capability building

c. Contribute to the quality agenda within L&D and the wider organization

d. Manage regulatory & contractual obligations in learning and development

e. Contribute to appropriate quality assurance systems across L&D and actively promote a culture of continuous improvement.

f. Promote and support the involvement of people in the delivery of training

3. To establish and maintain effective communication :

a. Ensure effective communication networks are established and maintained with key stakeholders, both within MMFSL and the external environment.

b. Work with Managers to assist in the identification of learning needs and to plan to respond to these

c. Promote training in a positive manner

4. Additional Duties :

a. Participate in national conferences and events or other work-related activities, as required.

b. Undertake other duties as may be required by the Program Manager
