- Identify Learning needs in accordance to organization's strategic and operational plan
- Understanding the gap of learning needs through Job analysis, appraisal process and regular consultation with business managers and HR department
- Establish an ongoing process of review and development of learning to best represent business needs and company values
- Creating Training Programs that are aligned with organizational objective
- Develop Digital Learning Content/Curate Content from existing resources
- Driving Completion of Training Programs
- Measure Training Effectiveness
