On-Boarding & Induction
- Drive the On-boarding Program across Pan India locations and all grades.
- Ensure smooth on-boarding for all new hires, thereby, ensuring timeliness induction module (MDrona) completion for respective grades
- Led the process of executing customized Induction program for new hires in Leadership grades.
- Liaise with COE TA team to ensure all Onboarding activities are completed as per timelines i.e. ID card issued from HO to Locations, Laptop/ desktop allocation on time, Appointment letters being issued on time.
- Review and drive completion of Post Joining Background verification checks. Set governance process to ensure strict process compliance
- Prepare suitable metrics to review adherence to the pre-set process w.r.t. onboarding and induction activities.
- Liaise with L&D team to create business customized OJT training modules as part of new joinee learning kit.
Engagement Survey
- Liaise with the Group HR team to align Company Level MCares Survey questionnaire thru the internal digital platforms
- Execution of Survey across Pan India location, drive highest level of participation
- Post Survey execution of Engagement Survey Action plan creation and implementation in key areas of improvements.
- Accountable to ensure the Company level engagement scores improved YOY
- Drive survey participation and execution of GPTW action plan
Diversity Hiring
- Collaborate with D&I team to set process that would enable hiring of Diverse workforce, thereby leading to achieving the Company Diversity hiring nos.
- Create & execute Diversity hiring plans in collaboration with HRBPs & HR Ops team.
- Should have experience in Success Factor or Top HRMS like Taleo or Peoplesoft.
