Job Purpose:
- Strategic thinker who can plan and ensure execution of HR plans that would support in achieving the Business growth plans
- Partnering with Business Head in various HR practices for providing and enabling HR solutions
- Understanding Business requirements and supporting with people practices area to drive productivity and results
Job Responsibilities:
- To factor market specific changes as well as business priorities to develop & drive Strategic Manpower Plan in alignment with business resource plan budget
- Planning & Driving various initiatives of D, E & I in the vertical by effective usage of hiring and retention tools
- To actively participate in goal setting & deployment, performance management and feedback discussions & facilitate vertical level calibration discussions on PMS
- Anticipate capability requirements based on changing Business needs & engage with vertical to build capability building program in consultation with L&D
- To enable business team in improving performance and controlling attrition through usage of effective analytics tool
- Should have 3-4 Yrs experience as LBHR.
- Full Time MBA
