- Create awareness in Quality tools and techniques by:
a. Organize / assist in organizing Quality related training interventions
b. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders like L&D, MIQ, IT team
c. Monitor and publish employee capability Dashboard on Quality training
- Assist in implementation of TMW practices within the Organisation for the concerned Management process / Business process by:
a. Process review and gap analysis as per TMW requirement
b. Support in TMW document preparation
- Take up improvement projects within the Organisation by :
a. Guiding the business teams in RCA / DMAIC / Lean approach
b. Take up improvement projects to improve process efficiency / effectiveness
- Support in customer experience related initiatives by:
a. Helping the business teams in doing RCA of customer QCR
b. Work with Regional / branch teams to improve customer experience
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to do employee recognition on Quality related initiatives undertaken by the employees
