Role : Head of Product - Micro Lending (New Product Initiative)

Base Location : Gurgaon

Relevant Experience : 8-15 years

Reporting To : CEO, Digital Lending

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate will be part of the founding team of our global Fintech business.

Responsibilities include building the product ground up.

- Extensive experience in designing and building products such as Loan origination systems, Loan management systems, financial dashboards, Lending platforms etc.

- Good understanding of Product lifecycle and defining futuristic and achievable product roadmaps with importance given to measuring success using analytics and reporting.

- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and methodologies

- Competently translate user needs and business problems into end user/customer solutions by gathering requirements, building out process flows, user-stories, acceptance criteria and wireframes

- Collaborated with engineering teams, testing teams, management and partners to efficiently lead cross-functional teams

Prior Tech experience in full stack product development will be helpful. Should have a good understanding technology platforms, tools and databases.

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( or equivalent)

- MBA would be useful

- Having at least 5 years of experience in creating a fintech/banking product

- Advanced quantitative and qualitative problem solving skills

- Working knowledge of statistical modeling tools

Essential Soft Skills

- Passion to build a product - should be a hustler

- Ability to manage development teams

- Ability to multi-task
