Mahindra Comviva - Learning & Competency Management Lead (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the vision of building a competency based organization & drive specific competency acquisition through various channels including Learning initiatives & effectiveness measurement, IDP focused activities & digital courses

- Responsible for evaluating partners, design of content, evaluation mechanisms etc for behavioral programs across different geographies

- Own the change management around propagating & increasing awareness of the Behavioral Competency Framework & establishing linkages to various HR processes like hiring, promotions, appraisals etc

- Automation of competency acquisition across the globe, creating a skill repository accessible to all senior leaders for decision making

- Design & publish key metrics which will clearly communicate the success criteria of the behavioral programs & competency up skilling across the organization

- Liasoning with top international & national schools of excellence to identify programs for potential leaders & managers as part of such initiatives

- Responsible for designing & implementing a comprehensive integrated plan for building higher engagement with new hires (both freshers & laterals) with a view on decreasing infant mortality & ensuring lesser ramp-up time

Key Competencies Required:

Functional / Personal

- Prior relevant experience in handling Learning & competency management in a global set up - Should have expertise in evaluating content, vendors & to an extent delivery of behavioural programs

- Ability to engage with Senior Business leaders, managers and external partners

- Strong process orientation and detail orientation

- Ability to analyse and interpret data, supported with proficient excel skills

- Passion to win, make things happen, pleasant persona with good networking ability

- Tactical thinking coupled with very strong execution capability

- Excellent communication skills & ability to influence & persuade stakeholders

- Ability to multi-task, handle work pressure, deal with ambiguity

- Strong reviewing skills ensuring diligent tracking of all Learning activities with the team
