Program :

- Unlearning the Past, Detailed training on business and HR domains, Project work, On the job learning, Aligned Mentorship, Periodic Dialogue process on role and career path # Exposure to demanding and stressful situations is in-grained into the program

Qualification - MBA HR from a respected Institute from 2014/15 batch. 3 to 4 years of post MBA experience in HR role of any kind. Other specializations can also apply.

Location - Gurgaon. Person should be willing to relocate based on business need.

Compensation - INR 10-11.5 Lakhs CTC in the first year.

Core Competencies - Analytical Ability, Passion and Energy, People Skills, Communication, Innovation Streak, Conscientiousness, Ability to challenge Status Quo

Shortlisted candidates need to design a solution of the shared case study in a power point presentation format, followed by an 1-2 interview rounds.
