Job responsibilities: - Identifying different sources of data and building a roadmap for data collection - Develop innovative credit / fraud default models using telecom and mobile wallet transaction data - Establishing credit/fraud strategies for multiple geographies leveraging CART - Building reports for model monitoring Required Qualifications & Skills: - Good analytical thought process and aptitude for problem solving - Experience in big data platform technologies : python, spark, R, sql - Hands on experience in data extraction using SQL - Hands on experience in data cleaning, feature creation and building models using R/Python Previous exposure to below algorithms (preferably multiple): - Logistic Regression - Random forest - XGBOOST - Markov Chain - PSI/CSI for model monitoring - Strategy performance tracking and swap in/swap out analysis - Strong entrepreneurial drive Good to have : - Previous hands on in risk (credit or fraud) strategy development and deployment - Previous experience in PD model development/validation, - Experience in CSI/PSI model monitoring process - Experience in model deployments - Experience in working with credit card firm - Hands on experience in working with Telecom data
