Role: Co-Founder - Micro lending (New Product Initiative)

Base Location: Anywhere

Relevant Experience: 10-15 years in Consumer Finance

Reporting To: CEO, Digital Lending

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate will be a co-founder of our global Fintech business.

Responsibilities include building the business ground up.

- Build and manage senior level relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Consumer Finance companies & Regulators

- Formulate Long-term strategy for the company with an eye on market & competition

- Involved in new product developments through rigorous analysis of market data

- Owner of & aligned with the Business P&L

- Collaborate with cross-functional/cross-country teams to resolve operational issues with a high level of customer satisfaction

- Help recruit an awesome team

Previous experience in Retail Banking or Consumer Finance is essential. Strong business sense and demonstrable track record of heading a P&L. Experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating a team with an inclination to leverage data and technology.

Key Competencies Required

Education and Experience

- MBA from a top Business School

- Having at least 8-10 years of experience in the Consumer Finance Industry

- Deep understanding of consumer lending and underwriting /processing of personal / SME loans

- Experience in payments domain in the financial inclusion/MFS/emerging payments side

- Ability to understand product, technology and operations

Essential Soft Skills

- Passion to build a business - should be a hustler

- Ability to formulate business relationships

- Consumer Finance, Retail Banking, Strategy formulation

The candidate to be open for relocation anywhere in the world as per the business requirements
