Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. 7. Conduct / Organize Skill development program for employees. 8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. 9. Assess onboarding and training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. 11. Handle highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way. 12. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. 13. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance (360 and KPI of each profile). 14. Nurture a positive working environment in the organization.
